Hi to all.
I was in the 380th OMS . I crewed the FB111 and my jet was 68-0239 (Caged Lightning). I was wondering if anyone would happen to know where I could get a picture of the SAC Mach 2+ FB11A patch. I am also looking for the 380th OMS patch. My e-mail is: mrjhfj2002@mchsi.com. I am retired now and can't believe how much I miss the old days of the Plattsburg flight line.
God bless to all Ardvark crew dogs!!!!!! |

Was at Plattsburgh for 5yrs and had a blast in the 380th FMS SQ ECS Shop. Worked FB-111 and KC-135 aircraft. A few of us came down here to Texas to bring the B1-Bomber online and are still here. I like the site! I keep up with the base due to my wife being from the area. take care, Perry |

Hi, just looking for some buddies to maybe re-kindle old friendships. I was in Tankers from 1971-1976. Did 6 mo. in Guam, 6 weeks of Tanker school at Pease, and 6 weeks in Alaska while at Plattsburg. Mostly on a BPO crew I was also asigned to grave shift Tanker Recovery with TSGT Bill Kelly as my team cheif. While at Plattsburg I drove a green 1969 428 Cobra Jet Mustang. Hope to hear from anyone remembering those times in SAC. |
